Terms & Conditions
Coaching contract
Before we start working together, I'll send you a welcome pack by email. This will include a pre-coaching questionnaire (to encourage you to start thinking about the changes you'd like to make and to help me prepare for our first session); details of the sessions we've booked in (including Zoom links if applicable); and a coaching contract (which sets the expectations of our working relationship).
As I'm bound by the requirements of both the Association for Coaching and my insurance provider, I'll need you to sign the coaching contract before our first session. It's important that you read this contract carefully, ensure you understand the content and are willing to adhere to its conditions. If there's anything you're unsure of or would like clarity on, please contact me at hannah@wisewaves.uk.
Cancellation & missed appointments
If you’re unable to make a session, please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange.
The dates and times of our sessions will be mutually agreed. I ask you to be punctual for our meetings – as I will – so that we can make the most of our time together. As far as possible, we will not cancel or reschedule out of respect for each other’s schedules, but if this is unavoidable, we'll give each other a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
If you completely miss a scheduled appointment with no notice, it will be counted as one of your sessions.
Package upgrade
If you buy a coaching package and find you need more sessions, you can upgrade to another package and simply pay the difference. You must confirm you'd like to do this within 1 calendar month of your final session of the initial package, otherwise it will be treated as a brand new package and charged accordingly.
Confidentiality agreement
In order for us to work together with integrity, it’s important for us to agree to hold all our conversations in the strictest of confidence. In addition, you and I agree never to share the following information from our sessions, unless mutually agreed upon in advance:
- Coaching strategies and techniques;
- Recorded conversations (video, audio or transcribed);
- Notes and task lists;
- Documentation related to our coaching relationship, such as legal agreements, review forms, checklists or questionnaires.
